็Hello guys... Thank you for come visit my thread <3...
Such a long time no any update.
I just finished support of steering wheel and seats and belt harness.
Let go check it!
I start with the steel CNC cutting to help me work easy and get short time.
Those I sketch by hand and brief to the shop then I got these parts.
The 4 bars for support seats.
Nothing much just follow by what it need to do... measure and measure ....
Next to the steering hanger
It's same job measure try to turn and check the shaft it could function then welding.
About steering wheel, it's used parts MOMO from NASCAR and old style quick release.
Inside of shaft I have another one hanger as photo.
The quick release is for 5 bolt so I have to have spacer to 3 bolt of MOMO wheel.
It seem to be easy next to install the belt harness.
Fist of all, I have to back intro about my harness. It's SCHROTH military harness.
I bought it cause just save my money but I don't know it will make me more job.
The shoulder harness so short and the tilt lock adjust position so near the neck.
That gonna heart me sure and so danger.
I did research these before install mine.
The photo above is show if I install belt with the bar behind so the result will be like the photo bottom.
Yeah you can see the tilt adjust locate beside at the neck.
So I decide make new bar near the seat, imagine the installation of military truck or plane.
It should be something like what I will do next.
bend new bar, notching..
The result is ok, I think it may be not same as race car FIA rule but this ok now for me.
The position of tilt adjust lower. I think ok, I love it.
The left is nothing just atmosphere I work and the finished photo for admire haha
Time never change me, I still in love with this zombie <3<3<3
so much love this ass.
Thank you guys for support.

Hello Guys more update....
When finished the seats so I could know the exactly shifter position would locate.
It's to far from the stock shifter so I have to make a linkage...
It's start from paper... and measure and drawing to CNC aluminum..
The aluminum bracket has top one and bottom one.
and the linkage..
I think I make a paper first to measure the actual size it would be avoid the mistake.
And I get bracket from CNC cutting is perfect fit. Very nice
I use the aluminum sheet that I bought so long time ago so the surface have many scratch so I have to rub it by scoth bride.
And the aluminum need more stronger so I make the dimple by my plan.
When finished I test fit and measure agin with the hex shifter, so I have to milling the hex shifter to equal with the stock shifter diameter then it can work.
Finished all the linkage and shifter I try to fit at the gear.
but the gear tunnel have to remove.....
Ruin is not a problem for me haha
And the final result make me very happy ... check the photo bottom..
Lately I have a little time to build my project but I have to struggling to find the time for project and every time I finished build a part it's so worth for me.
The linkage need to adjust more alittle about chang the nuts to retainer nuts.. the overall is function good.
I will try to make a video to post soon.
Thank you guys for visit my thread.. for the quick update you can follow me at Instagram.. " phet_fresh"
Thanksss
