They used to be over priced rebranded panasonics. But now they've gone a whole new route, and are actually surprisingly solid quality. Overpriced still? Yes absolutely, but rather than being $50 upmarked to $300, they actually sound like they would be worth about $250 now. Still I wouldn't buy them, but I can't shit on them any more.
