I feel like Iíll never be able to afford a house, unless I either get married to some baller chick or move out of state. Or both.

Put two weeks of notice in yesterday.
2nd of May is first day at new place, earning some serious money finally and senior title

Oh: some Porsche goodies finally arriving. Went for the WEVO tall shifter, including coupler and clamp. Should get my shifting issues sorted once and for all.

Drove the 911 today back to the house for a bit. Actually worked on it and installed a new bushing plus got the Precision Shift Joint coupler installed from WEVO.
Pretty sure the new shifter setup should be here this week and I'll get that installed as well.

+1 here, if you still enjoy it don't listen to any others opinion!

Oh I don't ever really count on anyone, for anything. And since I've still not really figured out where I want to settle, I don't want to be tied to a house.

Congrats on the new place and job, Seb!

Long Beach Grand Prix was super fun, even if I walked way more than I'm used to. Can't wait to fly to Texas this weekend for MotoGP. I hope Rossi punts Marquez into the weeds.

Seriously though, being able to shift into first and second gear in the 911 again makes me wanting to fix the engine and just drive it into the ground.

Just have to find someone willing to do it. Everywhere I've gone are like "there is no point, just upgrade"

Seb, called a buddy that pointed me to brothers VW Machine in Ontario. Got bored and called them and they'll do case savers for a couple hundred if you bring them a block. It was like 175 for the job I think.

I actually just got off the phone to a place in Silverlake, they're willing to do it as well as install a ton of other stuff for me as well.

If I can get it all done for less than 4k I will be over the fucking moon.
