Found a cheap motor for ODB this weekend. Brought it over to Bimmerheads to get it looked over. Hopefully I can drop it in this summer.

Got into the Porsche today, couldn't find first or second.

Roadside repair, rebuilt the gear shifter unit as well as replaced another bushing and now can find all gears nicely.

OH: Got the go ahead for an engine swap in the Porsche from the wife.
8k by September needed, then I can either go the route of 3.0l flat six upgrade or LS swap.
