I got the hood for free (it was from a car that rear-ended a bus, the hood didn't sit quite flush with the fenders) so I had a go in summer. Back to white hood now though.

90% of rusted cars look horrid. Too many trendy bandwagon looking cars. Anything with 'newer' body styles automatically makes it look horrid. Also rusting just a single panel exept the hood (1/4 panels) looks dook too.

Natural rust like on that beetle and the eurovan look tits.
