THIS THING IS AMAZING!! I WAS ALWAYS AGAINST T.V. INFOMERCIAL FITNESS EQUIPMENT BUT THE NEW AND IMPROVED SHAKE WEIGHT EXTREME REALLY WORKS!!!!@!@111 IN AS LITTLE 5 WEEKS DOING ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY MY RESULTS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!
