  • .:: NEW SHOES - 19x10.5 & 19x13 - DECISIONS, DECISIONS ::.

    EDIT : Decided against DPEs as I want a step lip, cant go wrong with a classic look. Works wont clear my BBK in 19". Roti can make anything and thinks 19x11 and 19x13.5 will be great in 3 piece forged race ROCs.

    Before I write this check, does anyone have any suggestions of a badass wheel that I may have missed when considering my options?

    At this point I dont care if someone has ran the wheels on an M3 previously - I want to finish the car keeping in mind what will be timeless, as opposed to what will be unique.

    I am not very good with photoshop, but this is the direction I am going with the wheels and such.

    I wish I had so much $$$ burning a hole in my pocket that I had to "burn it" on a set of $4,000 set of wheels. I had to save up just to get 16" XXR's

    That being said, I like the DPE SP-SC10's the best.

        Haha thanks fellas, its just been a long time coming - I had to save for the ladies ring before saving to rebuild my car from the ground up...I rather do it all at once than in sections, this way its virtually a new car once complete

        1 for Roti Roc
        1 for DPE 10

                DPE's polished or chrome lip with the same the same amount of concave if possible. Less concave up front ruins concave wheels imo

                Can't wait to see it done though, gonna be sick

                      well, I love 2 kind of wheels, concave, and deep dish ones.

                      so my choice was for the ROC's or DPE SP-SC10's, but IMO with concave wheels I'm allways thinking.."something is missing....." and the "something" that is missing is the dish that give that extra impact.

                      that way my bet were for Rotiform ROC.

                        dpe SP -sc10 but really all dependant on what look you are going for. they will both have large lips, but the concave wheels seem to cover that up a bit by having the spokes sit far out onto the lip itself, With that said, i would still do the concave wheels in this case. depending on the size of the lips, the wheel center might not stick all the way out onto the lip, just like the g35 pictured. that setup is a win in my book
