Cars been overheating so I'm gonna get an aliminium radiator before the process of the grids come into action.

that shouldn't be happening under normal driving unless you are thrashing it for prolonged amounts of time. you might want to get to the root of the problem rather then band aid solution

90% sire it's a blocked radiator. It's just when I'm on 3k revs constantly, happened twice on eastlink only, so it's not a head gasket otherwise it'd be happening all the time.

Chucked the thermostat in boiling water on the stove and it opens up, so that's fine.
