dammm that sucks royally!! Gutted to see rusty go, it was genuinely the car that led me to do some internet searching and brought me here.

In a weird way though it's kinda fitting that the only way rusty could go is in a burning building. At least it has a selection of wheels to take with it.....

At least no-one was physically hurt I guess! Onwards and upwards they say, although may that should be downwards on this forum

Good luck with the next build, Mike. Truly an epic car and I think one that will be remembered around car circles for decades. Fortunately nothing happened to the E36 in the blaze and you still have one piece of automotive artwork in the stable.
