  • The Best Way's To Get Slammed?

I wanna lower my FE1(specta 5). I bought some coilovers (2 way-crappy as hell) and put them on and all they did was drop it about 1/2 inch instead of the 3 they said....they have been returned (F ebay)

So now I'm looking into some new coils & maybe idea's on what to do with the FE1

Some brands that are good that you personally have experiance with? Im currently looking at some 32 way D2's but I'm not sure how well they work & don't want to get stuck with some bad coil's (again)

Here is the trick, the coils either need to be for the FE1 or a 2003-2008 Tiburon.

I would like some advice or input, and please don't tell me I'm wasting my time on it, because until you get in it and take a ride with me, you probably will never understand.

legitimate coilovers will be your bestfriend, just peep around.

Or you can be ghetto like me and chop some springs!

Yeah I have seen them before but from what I have heard they only drop about 2" and for $1000 or more 2" isnt enough!

XYZ and D2 both have the adjustable bottom mount, if I recall correctly, which means they are the best type of coilover to lower your car a lot.

Guys please remember the Zero-Tolerance policy.

Nothing wrong with it, it's your car, do what you want.

Just a heads up, the neon tubes will most likely get smashed to pieces, slammed + neons won't end well.

                          This is true.

Also, it looks terrible... IMO... Car would be way better off without it.

And yes, I do have a problem with your underglow. Not only does it not look good, but even the people that liked it stopped liking it around 4-5 years ago. Maybe your memo got misplaced?

I actually don't mind how the spectra5 looks, but you're already walking a thin line by owning it. Be careful with what you do or else it could tip towards the bad side very quickly.
