    Default Stance Friendly Shops

If you know of any Stance Friendly Shops, please list them here. It would be good to have a list of New England Shops that specialize, or regularly deal with stanced vehicles. We Should try to get some from each state.

just any shops that deal with lowered/stanced vehicles. I know shops in the area that I trust with my lifted Jeep, but I want to find a good shop where the people know what slammed, poke, and stretch mean...

I would guess your question is which shop can put your slammed (I asume)ass car on the rack? LOL

Where are you in CT? My friend Mark Marages owns a shop in Naugatuck called My Garage and they do awesome work. He drives a turbo E30 and knows what's up as far as stretch, poke, etc. If you ever need tires put on, go there. The machine doesn't touch the wheel. It's nuts. He threw stretched tires on without a problem. They also did the alignment for me. It's a true alignment, not a rack. You pay a little more, but it's done by someone who is about as legitimate as they come. And I'm glad to pay for peace of mind.

If you're in or near VT and in need of tire stretching/mounting: http://www.merchantcircle.com/busine...s.802-862-7033

I've seen these guys do some serious stretching.

Since there's more people on here now, anyone else know of any shops?

I talked to a shop a week ago, and asked if they mount stretched tires, and they we going to call their tire distributor tomorrow and get back to me, 2 weeks ago...

Dan's Auto Body in Hartford, CT. Friend of mine's dad owns the shop. They installed my coils, they do bag installs, paint, bodywork, etc. Great guys, and they DEFINITELY know what they're doing there.

How about southern NH? Any inspection stations a lil more forgiving with dropped cars? My B5 failed for ride height (at a dealership albeit), wondering if anyone knows any?

KDDesigns in RI does a lot of suspension and audio work and will pretty much do anything else you want.

Banchwerks is a VW/Audi specialist. They seem to prefer performance stuff but they do anything VW/Audi (they bagged my first Mk5 and did a lot of service and stuff to it as well).
