I'm curious as to why this was changed to "the music thread"? Clearly a lot of people like electronic music on here and I made this thread to get away from the top 40/heavy metal/whatever else threads, now it seems we're right back to where we started. Any insight from anyone? lol

i agree. i came here to share and get more electronic music i might like and that other people may like. couple threads have gotten jointed lately

Yeah I'm in no way trying to be a pain in the ass but this thread is pretty much useless now because now people are just going to post whatever they heard on their grunge rock station or KISS FM this morning.

We don't need multiple music threads. This isn't a music forum and since our traffic isn't because of music threads, there's no need. One is enough to post whatever it is that people like to listen to.

I liked the genre related threads, made it easier to find new stuff that I want to listen to, not this dubstep trash.

No I know what "real" dubstep is, I still can't stand it. I have my own opinion, I can call what music I think is trash, trash. Much like you would probably think a lot of the music I listen to is trash. Can't hold a double standard.

That said, been listening to a TON of Blue Scholars this weekend.
