    Default BBS LM089 17x8 ET40 w/ 235/40r17 Nitto NT05

Alright guys, never thought this day would come but here we are.

Up for sale are my BBS LM089. These are, in my opinion, the ultimate OG wheel for 5 lug E30s, E36s, and non-M E46s. Very rare in this fitment, and can be made to fit perfectly on stock fenders with a small spacer depending on the platform.

They are light, strong, and look the business on all of those platforms. I imported these wheels a few years ago and had them repainted (not powdercoated), and stripped/polished the lips myself. The finish on the barrels is original. They have been a labor of love, and I never wanted to sell them - but I find my car going in a different direction so I would like to pass these on to the next loving owner.

The wheels have brand new SSR triple plated 10.9 high tensile steel bolts with scalloped nuts. I have the original BBS hardware should the new owner want them. I removed the wheel weights in order to strip the wheels down and replace the hardware to prep for the sale, but I can have them re-balanced prior to the sale should the new owner desire.

These wheels allow for square fitment with sticky 235/40 tires, which can be rotated to keep wear consistent F/R. The 2 rear tires are very nearly at the wear bars, which is actually when these tires are the stickiest. Fronts have at least another season left.

    The details:
    Wheels:

    BBS LM089 17x8 et40
    5x120 72.6 CB
    Die-Forged 2 piece wheels
Repainted (not powdercoated, which can embrittle the aluminum)
Brand new SSR triple plated 10.9 high tensile steel hardware with scalloped nuts
    Metal valve stems
'Mechanical' condition: 9.5/10 0 bends, 0 cracks, balance with very little added weight
Cosmetic condition: 8/10. Some paint imperfections/chips, the lips could use a professional polish but they're certainly presentable. Barrels are original finish, but never bothered me.
