    Hi!

My name is Dominik, I'm 23 years old and I'm from Austria.

I'm new at Stanceworks and here I would like to show you my project - a 1970 Audi 100 C1.

I bought this car a few months ago from Germany. I was searching for it almost one and a half year, because I absolutely wanted a 2-door and they are already pretty rare.

The condition is pretty good for a 49 year old car. Only some small things have to be welded on the chassis. Paint is not the best but still okay, maybe I will repaint it.

This is what it looked like when I picked it up. It was lowered with H&R coilovers.

To get austrian registration papers, the car has to be completely stock, so I had to assemble the stock suspension. So this is the starting point of my project:

I will start building in a few days.

          Step 1 done

          Step 1 is done:

Double headlight and grill from Coupé S/100 GL and whitewall tyre rings.

As it is high like a viewing tower on stock suspension, it will get a little bit lower in the next step.

                It's getting forward.
I've lowered it with coilovers now, but it's not low enough so an airride will follow.

Anyway, here are photos with the coilovers:

                  Lovely
Get lower coilovers if you need more low, instead of air

I want to completely drop it and there's no way to drive like that here in Austria, the streets are too bad
And I don't want to destroy my whole underbody so the only option is air

Maybe you were driving only on main roads? I live on czech/austrian borders and see no much difference, actually one of the worst roads around is in austrian border town Czechs always says we have the worst roads and in austria is it much better, but some of the side roads are ruined just the same as ours...

                          Sick Audi anyway
