So far I have not done too much other than fix things that needed fixing. It had Meghan Racing Coilovers already installed when I bought it and they ride pretty good. I have replaced all of the coils and plugs, rear brakes and the passenger side window track/motor went out on me, but I was lucky enough to find a complete E39 door at the junk yard. The guides and chains were recently done along with a short shifter with all new bushings and things.....it shifts perfect. I also did a muffler and resonator delete from the cats back, it's like 85lbs worth of shit and it sounds amazing. 80mph in 6th gear is under 2500rpm and very quiet in the car until you step on it.

Thank you sir. 3.5 inch lips all around.
I haven't seen a good e39 thread for a while, I'll be following this build. I need to give some love to mine since I've neglected it over the last 2 years
FYI, let me know if you need help vinyl wrapping that that wooden trim. I have gloss black on hand and an extra set of trim if you'd like it. Just pay for shipping and a six pack.

This is not my first rodeo with the E39, here was my first 540 with 19' custom 3 piece DPE S20.
