    Default Chopped up 350z

My buddy is making changes in huge ways on his 350z for the upcoming season and we are going to be putting together a build vid. In the mean time, here are a couple photos:

I'll be attaching more within the next few weeks as he progresses throughout the rebuild.

Not entirely, though he does have a carbon hood and trunk hatch that will be staying on the car.

I don't want to say too much yet, but it involves an engine swap and much more. Maybe this video will give a hint. And it will continue to be drifted as far as I know!

Quickly starting to realize I should've put this in the "builds" section. Here's a couple pics from this weekend. Finished up pulling off the vinyl, picked up a new door after having a some dings taken out of it, and prepped all surfaces for paint.

This thing is making progress! I think it's funny that this isn't even my build but he doesn't care enough to do a write up

All the new aero has arrived and we finished up painting this week! I only got a couple photos, but I'll throw them up in a bit. He has sourced a potential motor and hopefully everything goes through on it. He is also repairing his steering rack and once it's done, we are gonna take it out for some sliding without the doors or any of the body panels on which should make for some killer photos.

side note: my buddy has intentions to save the VQ motor currently in the Z and throw it in an S13 or something similar...... mmmmmmmm

We wanted to get some sliding in with all of the body panels still off the car. It was wild. VQ is still in the car. Goal was to finish up the motor swap by next Friday in order to make its debut at an event that weekend but the driveshaft, harness, and plumbing might not be in by then.

But here's a teaser of something that will hopefully be finished this weekend.
