I also look forward to the outcome very much... I took faces and center cups to the painting shop on Friday, the color remains the same. Btw, does anyone know can I buy those stickers wich come to center cup, anywhere? Or do I ask for help from a local sticker company?

There's a guy in the UK, on Instagram, that makes custom license plates, center caps, badges, etc, I'll see if I can find his page for you.

Thanks.. Just ordered new 7,25x18 inner barrerls to the rear. Still wondering should I buy new nuts and bolts, or clean the current ones... And I heard from the paint shop that the faces are ready on Thursday.

vinegar or something to soak them should work and then polish but honestly 8/10 people you ask will tell you just to bite the bullet and buy new

Yeah, it would be much easier to buy new nuts and bolts.., but I'd like to keep the originals... I am in two minds because one of the original bolts broke when I split the wheels, and I can't find those genuine OZ bolts anywhere...

playing devils advocate, you'll probably never find one bolt. I know a whole set is $$$$$ but theres a reason. No one in their right mind polishes bolts more than once. You could get them sandblasted and rechromed but no idea what the cost on that is. plus you're still down a bolt.

You're absolutely right. When I think about it more closely, I'm doing pretty much unnecessary work trying to find that one bolt... Gonna order new nuts and bolts.

I know it sucks, and I'm all for refinishing things rather than buying new but bolts are a pita. Don't throw them out though, you may snap a new one or something and end up needing spares.

Little update... I assembled the front wheels... Maybe not a master's trace, but good for me.

Still waiting for the rear wheel inner rims...
