Looking for valve stem parts, Pacific Valve PVR162

Hi, I picked up a set of Tom's Racing Vestas and I'm redoing them. The valve stems are sort of unique, and they're made by Pacific Valve Co in japan. They have stepped rubber grommets that get secured between the valve stem and the stepped washer. I'd like new grommets. Any ideas?
