I used to offer an option to have them just threaded Ali but now I only do them with steel inserts such as:

sometimes I need to do them with the threaded ali on some of the 4-5 conversions which can not be helped.

it depends on the rim, if you are using a 17inch gt wheel, you should be using a 10mm spacer, but can probably do without. caliper and rim scraping on the a-arm is what you need to check for. Fascinating Diamonds Coupons & Promo Codes I currently have 07' gt rims on my 86' t-bird that has 2000 cobra spindles and brakes with no spacers installed. These rims have about 1 inch more offset than the classic ford rim.

Some alert ought to be utilized with spacers - despite the fact that you are simply pushing the wheel out a bit, you are adding worry to the suspension (and directing geometry whenever mounted on the front wheels). While small(er) spacers ordinarily don't cause any issues (particularly the ones that utilization your current studs for both the spacer and the wheel), bigger spacers may present some shortcoming, especially if the vehicle is driven on a race track. For this situation, distinctive wheels with various counterbalances ought to be utilized as opposed to spacers.
