Correct me if I am wrong, but these appear to be replicas.
Original type 4 wheels have the valve stems where the bolts are.
Also, these do not have the stainless lip inserts(but those could have been removed).

These are definitely replicas. Authentic ones are two piece, and these are very clearly single piece cast wheels.
