Converting from bolts to studs with adapters

Hey guys,

I've always been an OEM guy when it comes to wheels but I want to do something different.

I have a 07 S4 that I was to run some Aston Martin wheels.

My car is 5 x 112 and comes with lug bolts.

The Aston wheels are 5x114.3 and come with lug nuts.

My question is,

Can I buy dual purpose adapters that change the bolt pattern AND the lug types?
