*UK* Wheel welding and pcd re-drilling shops?

Ive been looking for a shop that can weld up and drill a new pcd into a set of wheels, but i cant find many shops at all that still perform this, besides tt tools, so do any of the UK folk know who can do this?
I would try finding another set of Racing Hart Type C's but theyre like rocking horses sht
