  • Ask me fitment questions!

I'm relatively new to this forum, but I have been doing fitment and stance for a long time. Drop me a line in this thread if you have any questions. I check my e-mail often and can get back to you ASAP.

Hi I'm new to stretched tires, but I was wondering if you can help me out, I'M going to be running 22x8.5 wheels with BCR Coilovers, and I want a decent stretch but not crazy... what size tire would you suggest...Would something like 215/35/22 work? Any help would be appreciated... Thank you

Sorry for the late reply... depends on your car and offset. Could you tell me the car you have and the offset for that wheel?

            I would run 19x9.5+38 with 255/40/19.

I have a question to anyone that could help me out since I'm not allowed to create my own threads yet (or at all, I don't know).
So I bought 3 borbet type A wheels and looking to buy the fourth, but can't seem to find one that is the same offset. My question is can I use one 17x8.5 ET13 and the other 17x8.5 ET35 with a 20mm spacer in the rear? I know it's not ideal, but is it really bad to go this route if I can't source the same one?

That's not a good idea. A spacer on one side, especially of that magnitude, will throw off your entire alignent and can cause damage to suspension components over time. If the wheels have the same exact profile but just with a different backpad, then you might be to have the ET13 shaved down to ET35 but I wouldn't count on it since that is almost an inch of difference. There is likely a difference in concavity or dish between the two which would make them incompatible even with shaved offsets.

Hey man sorry for the late reply. I would run 17x9 ET44 with 245/40/17 all around or 17x9 ET 44 246/40/17 rear and 17x8 ET32 215/45/17 front for a staggered fitment.
