Lug Pattern Question

Just trying to straighten out my understanding here.

If someone were going to re-drill a wheel, it would be best to find a wheels closest to your lug pattern.

If I were to want to re-drill a wheel to 5x115..My best bet would be to use a 5x114 wheel ? Since it's relatively close and wouldn't require a large amount of drilling to get to 5x115?

If your wheel is 5x114.3 with 14mm bolt holes you can use wooble bolts to put it on the 5x115 car.
