  • Airride for Golf MK2

    Hello,

Maybe a specialist here can tell me what the price is of Airride here in the U.S
The simple version.. low and high front and rear separate..

I'm playing with the idea to drive it daily on my MK2 diesel

    Thanx

you can run generic chapmans in the rear but you might as well pony up a few extra bucks for the mk2/3 rears from AirLift and do some BOC's in the front with a 4 way manual kit.

Give me a shout if you have any questions!

        @andrew..

I sell truck and trailer parts in the netherlands for my job.. and i would like to make it my own..beacuse purchase prices ars low for me.
Use shortened schockers.. the hardware is mostly covered.. i found the bags and schocks
        airtank, airleads.. gauges.. meters..wiring...

BUT the biggest problem is which valve's to drop and raise the car will i need...
also the air schedule.. how the airflow goes..

And to release the air to make te car drop where does the air go?

Sorry you cannot get rich from this budget banger... hihihi

Contrary to popular belief running a business isn't always about making money.

If you need anything, drop me a line.

You could probably do it for around a grand if you wanted. It would require more knowledge and fabrication, but if you have a tight budget it can be done.

Well i also like to try it my own and learn from it.. the main reason is that i want some more comfort and go low wenn i want..can buy cheap parts from my work and open a topic in NL and here to let the people give there opinion,,

in euros i will have all the "hardware" for around 700 euros.. off couse not as nice as in a set with shockabsorbers and everything.. in NL that costs about 2500 euro's EX installing...
