    i havent heard anything bad, VIP Modulars Audi Wagon runs full 24k wheels, face, lips, and bolts. Look fine to me

        Brake dust won't "eat" through the gold plate. Gold is a soft metal when compared to what wheels are usually made of and you shouldn't get chipping eithers. If anything is likely to happen it'll be the gold plate getting little indents. I wouldn't much rather have something plated in 14-kt as the gold content is about half of 24-kt. As a jeweler, I would feel better if my wheels were 14-kt plated as opposed to 24-kt just ecause it costs less and its more durable as it is harder.
