    if you went 1000 1500 2000 then white rogue polish on a buffing wheel .. ~2500 rpms.. you woulda been much happier ..

                      Great job on the wheels! Can you just use the bolts again?

                      As for protecting the lips: you can use Autosol classic or Autosol Aluminum Polish! I use the Aluminium polish like every two weeks on my polished Compomotives and just keep them breakdust free inbetween! Havent tried it yet but Chemical Guys Jetseal seems to be pretty good to protect them from what ive heard...

                        Your refinishing job looks quite awesome!

                        However I'm really not a fan of the chunky tire choice.
