WTB: 18" wheels (no stagger)

I'm looking for a set of 18" by 7.5 to 8.5 with an et between +38 and +50 (not staggered). Looking to spend around 1k or less. Preferably something radial spoke, mesh, open, etc. Not looking for VIP styles. I will take something that's not 100%, as long as it's not bent or in need of serious repairs...
