Question about refinishing lip on subaru bbs

Hey just got these bbs yesterday and the lips could use some refinishing due to clear coat bubbling in some spots. I read a thread about polishing the lips on rxii's but was wondering if i can use the same method on these. Tried researching the wheels but cant find much info on them any suggestions will help on how i can get the lips back looking nice, they arent too bad just want em as nice as possible. Thanks
