  • 1of1 Mcoupe on Custom ACS typ2

Finally got the wheels/tires mounted and the car dialed in prior to Schuh Syndikat 2015. Here are a few shots from my buddies Mark and Tony while we were there.

    Wheels:
    AC Schnitzer typ2
    18x9.5 et 32(ish)
    18x11.5 et 9(ish)

    Tires:
    Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08R's
    255/35 & 295/30

    Suspension:
    Full Ground Control coilovers
    GC Hybrid camber/castor plates
    Bimmerworld Eccentric rear camber/toe weld-ins

Besides the wheels/tires finally getting put together the other big winter projects that were accomplished was an S50 euro expansion tank swap/cooling overhaul and the v2.0 headlight retrofit.

that is one purty clown shoe you have there. I love how you can run such a wide and meaty tire on these cars.

        Thanks.

This set up it about the body's extreme for meat and fitment. I still had some rubbing issues that I am working through to clearance. The rear wheels were a few mm poked than what I measured for and I knew the front liners were going to suffer it was just a matter of how much. Hoping to get it all resolved in the next few days.

Love the car, fitment and wheels, just wish they were silver. I can't get myself to like schnitzers in anything except silver

Thanks. Silver is boring to me and with a SG car a gunmetal color isn't an option so bronze it was and I love 'em.

Rock me gently, this looks stunning. I can't say that I'd pick the same color for the wheel centers, but man, the wheel and tire combo fit so nicely.

Polarizing colors on polarizing car... and I love it. Silvers are boring and gunmetal is too close to color matching which I didn't want. White is awful to clean and black is not an option in my book. So bronze was the best choice for me.

                          Thanks
