tire stretching near Fall River Massachusetts

Anyone know any shops near or around the fall river mass area that do tire stretching? Most local regular shops around me wont

Ive been running stretched tires for over 5 years, im looking for a shop around me that will put my 205/40's on my 17x9.5's. Most regular shops wont due to liability issues or comany policy etc. Im just looking for a shop closer to me that will do it

Or you could try Eastside Motoring in Waltham. I know its a hike from Fall River, but well worth it.
