Valve stem relocation

I've looked around, but couldn't find answers...

I know that the Valve stem can be relocated,
but can i relocate it to the inner barrel, and have it stick
out between the spokes, and not thru a bolt hole...

Work used this style, but i don't think there is one that is high
enough to get over the mounting flange of the center...


Has anyone experience with stuff like that?

There are 45 degree stems available, should do the trick.
