  • Tire Stretch only on inner wall??

I have a 18x8 wheel, and I had 215/35r18 put on them a couple of months ago.
I didn't think 215 will even stretch on the 8, and it doesn't appear it at all but I noticed when I had my wheel off that while the outer wall didn't stretch, the inner wall did. so the tire is more on the outside rather than on center of the wheel.
My question is, if I can flip left side to right side tire, will the stretched part of the tire stay stretched and come to the outside of the wheel? if so, I could space it out and sit on lip and look cool

I doubt flipping it would make a difference. It's probably due to the wheel.
