This is actually the second time I have owned this 96 328. I first owned it at the start of the summer, when it was a clean Florida car with baked paint. Being that I manage a body shop, I had a little body work done and had it repainted the factory alpine white with a little pearl over it. Shortly after I had it painted I decided to purchase another house, so the bmw had to go to free up some cash..... Fast forward a few months, nice new house, baby on the way, and just so happens that one of my friends acquired the bmw in a trade, and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Everything is now on the up and up and I was able to get my bmw back! When I sold it, it had some reps on it, when I got it back it did not. So after a few quick searches I came up with a set of 1990 Corvette wheels. They were In decent shape, a few small curb marks. I ended up polishing the lips and paint the centers a pearl teal. Ordered up some adaptec adapters, and got a killer deal on tires on black Friday. So that brings us to today and where it sits now.... Future plans are to either get broadways or bag it this year, possibly another respray, maybe a full polish on the wheels unless I can find a deal on some nice wheels, but with a kid on the way money will be tight...
