  • SSR SP3 wheels and Questions

So recently i put my Axia wheels up for trade, and have a guy offering me a set of SSR SP3's that dont fit his new car. He sent me a few pictures by text, and he is planning on meeting up next saturday, but my question is do you think they are real or reps. From the research ive done I am thinking they are real, or atleast a quality rep, the thing really throwing me off is the center caps. Ideas?

If anyone can weigh in that would be great.

also reps or not im gonna proceed with the trade, it would just be good to know before hand, and if theyre real i know im getting a killer deal

I suspect very strongly that they're reps. Every set of SP3s I've seen has had 40-hole lips, whereas these are 30-hole with a weird staggered pattern. The centercap is a question as well, though that could have been replaced easily enough. The inset at the center of the wheel also doesn't look right - I've never seen a set of real SP3s where the lug holes go beyond the outer edge of the sunken area. I can't read the markings on the inside of the wheel, but real SSRs should be marked either SSR or SSF.

Ah, thanks for the keen observation, never really thought of counting the bolts, and now that you mentioned it i can see that the lug holes are farther spaced. They had me convinced for a bit. I will update when i go through with the trade. In the mean time, anyone know who might make these?
      Thanks again

IF they are real, the look up-sized from a smaller dimension. like 17" ---> 18"

Yea, ive found out they arent real, which doesnt really bother me because im trading my reps anyways, im just wondering how I can figure out who makes this rep. So far i have tried many searches and come up with nothing...
