This morning I woke up bright and early, packed up my camera, grabbed my longboard, and headed out. After two and a half hours on the train, I made it to Oyama, then started on my eight kilometer adventure to StanceNation's Japan G Edition meet at Fuji International Speedway.
Unfortunately, the journey there was mostly uphill. The choice to bring my trusty longboard only paid off when I used it as a walking stick/ spider web shield after I decided to take a shortcut through the forest. But finally, after about an hour and twenty minutes, I had made it- to the wrong gates. I had to idea where to go, but a car full of fellow enthusiasts who were wondering the same thing gave me a lift. Thanks again, by the way.
Eventually we found it. When I walked into the main parking lot, I was blown away. Here's a bit of what I saw.
