Need Help Shedding Some Light (Rotiform Wheels)

Recently I have been pondering the idea of buying a set of 3pc Rotiforms. I love there work and what they stand for but all the info I can find on them in negative. Which can make this a little scary when your dropping close to 5k on wheels. I do realize the are people who might be writing these bad reviews may not understand the process and time it takes to make custom wheels, which i think the wait time is 8 weeks from the order being place to finishing the wheels.

If anyone can help clear up this negative light I and I sure a few others would like to hear.

Honestly I hear more good things than bad things about them, their designs are great looking and from what I hear their support is great.

I wouldn't be worried any more with buying from them than any other wheels manufacturer.

From what I have seen of Rotiform's modular wheels their barrels and lips are made very thin and are prone to cracking. Unless they have changed more recently I would personally not buy them.

I like the rotiforms. One thing I have seen, customer service wise, is Chris from Fifteen52 posting frequently on Audizine.com forums and being extremely helpful. I've never ordered 3 piece wheels brand new but if I did they would have a first option because of how much help he is.
