Anyone using the ichiba 5x114.5 wheel adapters on bmw e36?

I'm wondering if I can run my old wheels that I have that are 5x114.5 with the 15mm ichiba adapters? The wheels are 18x8.5 offset 45 front and 18x9.5 offset 45 rear.

I have run them and no issues. The offset and size should be good as well. Whats the tire size?
