cant describe noise when braking

So this only happens when braking under 40 and lower. Noise occurs when i press heavily on the brake pedal, I tried to make a video but cant hear it on my phone. I do also hear it in the cabin? Close to 105k doing maintance pretty soon.

If it's like a metal on metal sound, I've had once something similar on my Evo - the metal shield behind the brake disc bent somehow and started making that noise for some reason under light breaking. Only could hear it as well when going slowly.

Just pop it on a car jack and get off the wheels to have a quick look.

i don't think its a metal on metal sound, i think maybe a knocking sort of. im not mechanically incline so i honestly can't describe the noise i might have to wait till i take it to the dealership for there thoughts.?

Could be the ABS mine started making a noise and the light would come on but it just quit one day and hasn't started back.

alright thanks, i think ill wait and have the tech drive my car its my daily and a learning process for me about this.
