too hight with coilovers

Hi guys, i've do the 5 lug conversion in my 1983 318i e30 with e36 compact parts, and i have a compact coilovers in my house, but with it installed, the car is extremely high!
at the rear i only have the spring and the suspension, nothing more..and i have 4 fingers of wheel gap..
maybe the problem are the spring rate?, are for e36 compact

sorry, the complete suspension is for e36 compact, and yes, is a e30, sorry for that.

i have three options..cut the stock springs, cut compact spring (JOM), or buy a new rear springs..but i don't know wich are good for slam my car.
