Yes they are made to look like AMG Aero I wheels.

These are also 3 piece and look to be good quality JDM wheels.

I was looking for any added info on them, like the model and I have not seen them in 18" before, so are they rare ?

      thx

Being that they are fakes, I doubt they are 3-pc

Yep 100% 3 piece wheels, lips, face, bolts and barrels.

These remind me of the Starform Type D 3 piece or Zauber 3 piece both AMG Aero Rep wheels. Also mostly found in 17" and really rare 18" from what I have seen.

It's because they are not fake/replica wheels.

OP Stitch is a well known old Japanese wheel manufacturer. The wheels are fairly rare, but not even close to Aero Is in price/rarity. As for going price maybe about 600-1200 depending on condition, potential buyer, etc. I've seen 18" before, but please stop calling them AMG Aero I reps, they are not. They are just as you said similarly styled wheels, but not reps of Aeros.

BTW I hope you have the second pictured ones, they look nice.

              Thanks for the response

Stich is stamped on the wheel but I have seen a lot of guys call them Stitch as you did.

As far as rare, just do a search any where you want and you will find many sets of 17" AMG Aero I wheels that have been for sale at any given time but so far I can find even 1 other set of these wheels, not in 18" any way. That's why I'm looking for more info on them.

I call them AMG Aero I reps cause that what they remind me of, and I don't know what these are called. Someone must know, right ?

The 1st photo is how I got them, the 2nd photo is after a bit of paint and polishing I did. I plan to run them on my Black 1993 Mercedes 500E so they will look the part

Sorry I can't be of more help with specifics.

The reason why you see Aero I's more when you search is because the caliber of those wheels vs. Stitch and other older Japanese wheels. I've only met one person who had Aero I's and didn't know what they were, I've seen tons of cars on stitch and similar wheels and they don't know. When I bought my stitch wheels they were sold as "crome rims". Sure they are sweet wheels, but they are not that extremely rare, they are just out there but unknown about.

They will look dope on the benz and good job on the refinish. You will probably get a lot of people thinking they are Aero I's (reps)

BTW I found my old FS thread for them. Those are probably my old wheels and I sold them for 750 IIRC locally.

Wheels and Tires - FS: Rare 18" staggered multi-piece stitch wheels - Hello everyone, I have a set of rare 18 stitch wheels made in japan (search google and you can find out information for them). Specs: 18x8 & 18x9 with et20 front and rear (offsets were measured so they are approximations) 5x112 fits 12mm bolts (most...

I re-hosted a picture so you can see as well (tires were dismounted when sold).

Nice to see another set of 18" out there

Can't be the same set as mine tho as mine are 18 x 9 and 18 x 10 ET35 all around

Mine also still have the orginal JDM stickers on the back side showing the sizes and off sets
