Frame notch in Northeast Ohio

Just like the title says, does anybody know of any shops or credible people that can do a frame notch in Northeast Ohio. I have asked a few local shops around where I live and everyone looks at me like I'm speaking jiberish when I ask them about it. I would do it myself but welding is one of the few things I can't do when it comes to working on cars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am located in Canton Ohio which is an hour south of Cleveland and about 1hr and 30 mins north of Columbus.

Idea's for what you need done? That'd help alot.

Frame notching is easy, unless you're talking about;
"Z'ing" a frame, or


"C-notching"



Or are you talking like a small frame notch for a axle shaft/control arm?
