Can you give me a rough approximation of the spring rate in lbs? I'm looking for a 6-7" spring, roughly 400lbs.

the 7kg/mm will be right about 400. i think it comes out to about 390lb/in. Once you figure out your measurements, let me know and hopefully we can work something out.
