Attempt at low...

So it has taken me about 20 minutes to decide if the shots are even worth posting this thread here.

I obviously decided to since you are now looking at it.

I have some new wheels right now that will be more commonly liked on this site, but they do not have tires right now so it would be in my best interest to not put them on and drive around.

Tear it up if you feel the need, but this is my attempt at low.

Those are a set of 18" Titans that I traded the stock rims from this truck for.

I have a new set of mirrors that will be painted with the handles when the truck is repainted, which is hopefully this year or next, but we will see how the funds play out. As for a black bowtie, that won't happen since I am attempting to stay away from a black and blue combo, but I also plan to remove the center crossbeam on the grille, glassing it so its very similar to that Xrunner pictured.

As for the wheels, the only set that are similar are a set of custom 3 piece wheels which is very very rare to come by in our bolt pattern.

The new wheels, they are still a 6 spoke wheel, but they have some depth to them. They are a set of the stock 20x9.5" BBS wheels that came on the FJ Cruisers a few years ago.

Here are a couple shots to give you an idea how they will look, plus the type of fitment...







I plan to take these in and have them refinished in some sort of white since they have to be repaired anyway. Thought about a blue pearl on top of a white base, but not really sure if that would be too much. Also though about throwing in a little silver flake but once again, might be too much.

Once I am able to pick up the tires for these (275/30) I will start working the fenders around them. Going to have to pull them a bit, possibly cut some, but it will be well worth it in my opinion.
