Thanks! I would like to go lower but he car is 24V swapped and my daily so I'm dragging my skidplate around everywhere as is. I do have a rear-sump conversion ready to install this summer though so I should have more clearance then.

Im in Vancouver. I will probably do Port townsend this year and usually go to the E30 Picnic and Leavenworth drive as well so we may cross paths

wheel specs? I have similar stance but feel like my 205/40 on the front tires is too little of a sidewall, what're you running?

Ya 205/40 is too small if you want to eliminate wheel gap but still have a drivable car. I got the wheels with 205/40s then went to 215/40 and it was still too small. Now I am at 205/45 and it is perfect. Been driving like this for a year with a 24V oil pan and no problems.

Thanks Ollie! Your car is one of the reasons I got a Dakar

Im trying to learn as much as I can about the E36 platform before I spend too much money on suspension but it will eventually get there. Probably something like H&R sport or race for now though because it is currently has Tein S-tech springs and they make it feel like a sloppy pig compared to the E30.
