The Law here in the UK makes it so hard to make the cars look good.
Can't even have a little poke around lol.

roll that bitch out with a roller get it close to were you want it. re-adjust the wheel of the roller almost flat and proceed. you can try the heat gun to save the paint, dont get it too hot. you can also try the old school baseball bat thing, you may not have those over there though.

If you're in London mate hit up Styledynamix in Hayes.

Craig down there is a master with the arch roller, hes worked on countless Beemers.

some arch rolling and a little bit of camber on the back will get you throughthe MOT no problem.
Yeah, i'm that guy you've heard about that rolls and pulls fenders in SoCal , hit me up .

I pulled the rear fenders on my e36 to where the lip is flat with the arch, and it looks like shit. If you do decide to do it, TAKE YOUR TIME and use heat. Don't over pull them and make sure their is no bondo on the fenders. I found that out the hard way.

                        You must be

As long as the tyre isn't "fouling" any part of your car or you don't have cuts in your tyres (whatever size in the links below) you are fine and must have a geh MOT man
