I am near Westhiemer and the Beltway. I ended up using a wooden handle from an axe, and then used a piece of thick pipe. Its better but still not completely silent, here are some pics, sorry for the crappy blackberry pics.

Sal's Autosport on 290 I believe. Try JTran Studios to. Rollo's on Richmond. Carboy on Bissonnet actually cuts the fender.
