Had these on the e30 vert project for exactly one day (~65 miles) before I realized they weren't stiff enough for my needs, so they're for sale here.
They are 5.5" x 2.5" i.d. x 475lb.
Here's a pic of them on the vert on shortened housings, turned ~1/2 the way down:
