Going to Japan. Where should I go to buy car stuff?

I've never been before. Coincidentally, I was going to go on spring break of 2011 and I woke up to see that the earthquake and tsunami had happened while I was sleeping and the airline would no longer let me go. But anyway, I am flying there this September for 2 weeks and I want to buy some car related stuff. I've seen all those pictures of stores with used Nardi's, crazy shift knobs, tons of rims and other fun things, but I figured all you guys would know the best places to go. I will be mostly in Tokyo, but I will also be traveling to Osaka and I'm willing to travel if the quality is there. The car I will be buying for is a r32 skyline gtst, so VIP style shops may not be the best for me to go to, but then again I'll take any suggestions I can get. Also, any random cool places to visit would be cool.
