God I was bored.

The car is hopefully getting fixed monday so I can get rid of the sticker that is holding the bumper together :rofl

Upcoming mods:
12mm spacers up front
Get the front end fixed
Pull the home depot lip off

Go easy on me! :D

only problem, the hoses are too close to each other and heat could transfer...

I actually planned to put it where the fog light is supposed to be. But, I decided to try this first.

I'm surprised I'm not getting flamed to ashes right now...

I had this planned for my e28. I think it'd work on it.
On your car, not so much.
Just my $0.02

Perhaps the placement is that bugs me? not sure. Kudos for trying it.

I absolutely can't wait to see the front with some spacers. It's going to be perfect then. Are the fronts 5x120? I thought you were running adapters all the way around.

I was kind of thinking exactly that when I saw it.

"Cool idea, just not the right car. Now on the Rustvagen :eyebrows"

Either way I still want to see it mounted lower on the car like in the foglight area.

Looks way out of place on a car that new.

My thoughts exactly.

If the car was older, E28 or something even older than it'd look badass.

On this... not so much, pretty meh.

run it through you kidneys.... or better yet, you has enough space on you valance to mount the lines(and hide them behind the bumper) and then mount your oil cooler.

i'm sure thats not meant to be functional, right? not gonna get such great airflow with it so close to the bumper. how much gap behind it?

You should run the hoses across the front bumper and zip tie it to the other side.

Please keep it like that. :eyebrows

man that is soo sick!!

WhiteStripes
07-17-2009, 05:57 PM
If you do keep it, that one hose is right in front of your headlight, and being a projector, that will mess with it.

I don't think the car's old enough to pull it off, and it's deff a jdm thing

Logan
07-17-2009, 07:07 PM
I'm still on the fence, I'm surprised so many of you like it!

I will route the hoses differently and see how I feel. If I like it, it will become functional.

If not, It's going on the soon to be stance30.
